The GHS guidance office will host a College Planning Night for families and students in 12th grade this Thursday night, at 6 p.m. in the GHS lecture hall.
Guidance will discuss college planning, timelines, how to use Naviance, how to research colleges, parts of college applications, deadlines, and financial aid.
“I encourage students to go,” GHS Coordinator of School Counseling Laura Carlson said. “We are really going to go in-depth into the application process, college specific applications and we are going to talk a lot about the common application.”
They will also cover how the process within the school counseling office works.
