GHS to host career and college fair
March 8, 2019
This year Gloucester High School will be hosting its 5th annual Cape Ann Regional Career and Educational Advancement Fair.
The fair is sponsored by the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, and will be held in the high school field house. The fair is on Thursday, March 14th from 5:30-7:30 PM. It is available to everyone, bring family, friends or siblings.
There will be more than 75 colleges and universities attending the event, as well as 50 local business leaders there to help explore career opportunities. Many of these businesses and nonprofits have internship and community service opportunities to look into.
Along with the colleges, universities, and businesses attending the fair, there will also be industries and opportunities that do not require a degree, including the trades and Armed Forces.
This fair is very informative for students planning on attending college, or any other further educational advancements. It is free of all cost and is open to Gloucester, Rockport, Manchester-Essex, and Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical High Schools.
