“To The River” Gang: GHS football’s biggest fans

Gloucester’s “To The River” Gang has attended almost every GHS football game for decades. The group is famous for making the “To The River!” chant– which is yelled when Gloucester is in position to score in the end zone closest to the canal– famous among GHS fans. Members of this group include Gloucester natives and GHS graduates Phil Parisi, Jerry Cusumano, Mike Favazza, Mike and Sal Gilragi, Peter Lafata, Phil Loiacono, and many more.
