Hope Castellucci sets 5k record at Weston Twilight Invitational

Hope Castellucci set the record for the girls’ 5K at the Weston Twilight Invitational.

The Weston Twilight meet of Saturday was a major success for the Fishermen Track and Field team. 

Hope Castellucci’s performance was the highlight of the meet. The junior set a new school record in the 5k with 22:29.26 minutes. 

Meg Hurd took 1st in the triple jump, and Aili Spencer placed 2nd in the long jump. 

Cia Donohoe, Georgiana Cauthers, Isabelle Donnellan, Lyall Cunningham, and Jeferson DoCarmo ran in the 2k Steeplechase. Skye Ciolino took 15th in the 400m.
