Snowmageddon

Massachusetts has been hit by the 9th snowiest winter on record and its still not over. With more winter storms in the forecast, snow totals will be piling up surpassing many previous records. So far the snow totals have broken the 70” mark in most areas and have gone up 90” in Worcester.

Gloucester has been buried in the last month and many people have been struggling to keep their driveways clear. Snowbanks and drifts have closed everyone in constantly. Most people are just trying to find someplace to put the snow.

With the snowbanks piling up to 6 and 7 feet it is very hard for people to throw the snow up on top of them. The result of this is tiny paths just big enough for people to get through. With more storms afoot the people of Gloucester are asking themselves, how much more can it snow?
