Wrestling Team Picture in the GHS Field House

Yesterday, the Gloucester Fishermen traveled to Lynnfield High for the final regular dual meet of the 2023-2024 season. The team emerged victorious with a staggering score of 52-25.

Wins by pin were secured by Aiden Decoste, JJ Figureo-Mercato, Zach Hashley, and Senior Captains Michael and Jayden Toppan, as well as Freshman Max Thomas. Additionally, Anthony Murawski contributed to the overall team score with a win by points.

Due to holes in the Lynnfield-North Reading Team, wins by forfeit were awarded to Jayden Chadwick and Evan Mione.

In the JV matches that followed, Junior Jeremiah Bushfield won by pin.

Gloucester Wrestling looks ahead to the Divison 3 State Dual Meet on Saturday in Wakefield.
