The Health Center staff is encouraging everyone who has ever been in their care to take the survey linked below so they can get some feedback. They also want your opinion if you have never been to the Health Center before.

The Health Center is in collaboration with Addison Gilbert Hospital and The Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Doing this survey will help them keep their funding,  and also help them support the students of Gloucester High School. This survey is about 5 minutes long, where you suggest what they can do differently to serve the needs of all GHS students, and even propose ideas for the future.

The amazing women at the health center are here to help you and would really appreciate your participation!

El Health Center quiere que todos los que alguna vez han estado bajo su cuidado a realizar la encuesta vinculada a continuación para que puedan recibir comentarios. Quieren el opinión de todos, incluyendo a la gente que nunca han usado el Centro de Salud. El Centro de Salud está en colaboración con el Hospital Addison Gilbert y el Departamento de Salud Pública de Massachusetts. Haciendo esta encuesta les ayudará a poder seguir recibiendo fondos y seguir ayudando a los estudiantes de Gloucester High School.
