Halloween carnival this weekend at GHS
October 29, 2021
Looking for a family friendly way to kick off Halloween?
This Saturday, October 30th, the GHS theatre program is hosting their annual Halloween themed carnival fundraiser. Starting at 1:00pm it will include lots of games, food, fun, and more.
This event will be set up in the Gloucester High School cafeteria and will have carnival games such as ring toss cornhole, and a haunted hallway.
To play these games, tickets will be purchased at the door. It is $1.00 for 2 tickets, $5.00 for 15 tickets, and $10.00 for 40 tickets. Children are able to win candy-free prizes from these games.
There will be a concession stand that will sell food and drinks for everyone.
“The Halloween carnival is a fundraiser geared towards younger children and families,” GHS theatre arts teacher Jessica Kirk said. “Costumes are strongly encouraged.”
Because the event is indoors, masks are required.
The annual carnival fundraiser is always a great way to celebrate Halloween.
