Interact club to host trivia night fundraiser

EMILY CORRAO, Staff Writer

Do you like competition, prizes, and charity? The Interact Club is hosting a trivia night for all students.

The Interact Club’s main purpose is to help the community and the rest of the world. All of the proceeds go to charities, and this event is no different. The proceeds will be donated to the victims of the recent school shooting in Oxford, Michigan. The charity is called Oxford Memorial Community and Victims Fund.

Trivia night will take place in the Gloucester High School cafeteria on December 21st at 7:00p.m., with a 6:45 p.m. check-in time.

The trivia night will host multiple teams of four students. Students can pick their own team. The sign up sheet is outside the school store. Each team member will pay five dollars, or they can donate to the food drive in place of the five dollars. The questions will be tailored towards teens and students.

Categories will include Disney, Gloucester, Sports, Bonus Table Rounds, School, World Landmarks, and more. Prizes will be rewarded to the top three teams.

If you can not make it, the club will be accepting toys for a toy drive as well as food drive items.  If you have any questions contact Jack Patten, Jenna Smith, or Mr. Perreault in room 2401.
