Olivia Madruga - Field Hockey
Olivia Madruga is dominant in everything she touches; softball, basketball, field hockey, school, you name it. Not only is the sophomore ranked 1st in goals among the Fishermen, she is ranked in the top 5 of her graduating class.
In Madruga’s first season as a varsity starter, she leads the team with 6 goals and 5 assists. She fits her role as an offensive mid perfectly, controlling the midfield with prowess. The sophomore mixes her overall athleticism with her firm leadership skills.
Along with her one goal and two assist performance in the past week, Madruga has been an integral piece in the Fishermen lineup. She can start the momentum on the offensive side while defending Gloucester’s circle with power. Madruga’s skill has been a driving factor in multiple games this season.
