Halloween Carnival to benefit GHS Theater

MADISON LAING, Staff Writer

Looking for a family friendly way to celebrate Halloween? The GHS Theater program will be holding a Halloween Carnival for kids of all ages. It will be held this Saturday, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm in the GHS cafeteria.

There will be a meet and greet for various characters throughout the event, so kids can feel free to go up and talk to any of them. Costumes are welcome, so make sure you come in your favorite costume.

To play most of the games, you’ll have to buy tickets.  Tickets will cost $1 for 2 tickets, $5 for 15 tickets, or $10 for 40 tickets.

Games include cornhole, create your own button, ghost bowling, spider slingshot, twister, and pin the broom on the witch. Painting a pumpkin will also cost tickets. There will also be a haunted hallway for people to walk through. There will be free coloring pages. There will be snacks, drinks, pizza, and candy sold throughout the event
